Canadian sales have increased yet again to 2.7% from March to April as they spring market enters into full gear. Majority of this boom came from the buzzing Vancouver and Toronto markets combined. However, CREA [Canadian Real Estate Association] announces that the use of the MLS service has actually decreased by 0.3% when compared to 2013. The national price for a home sale in Canada was $409,708 for the month of April. That was a total increase of 7.6% compared to last year.
Based on this upbeat news, it seems the market is not ready to slow down just yet.
